Dr. Frank Triplett, professor of foreign languages and director of international programs, and three Mount Union students had the unique privilege to accompany the Mayor of Cleveland, Frank Jackson, and other selected representatives from Northeast Ohio to Rouen, France for the international Armada festival July 5-14.
