University of Mount Union student organizations trick or treated this Halloween, but not for candy. The students collected 3,385.8 pounds of canned goods from Alliance community members, which will benefit the Alliance Food Pantry.

Ten University of Mount Union students recently became official members of AmeriCorps. In October, the full-time undergraduate students took a pledge to complete 300 hours of community service over the span of 365 days through the Students In Service Program.
