Parallels Jazz Group to Perform at Mount Union College

Parallels, an experimental jazz group, will perform Monday, January 29 at 8 p.m. in Presser Recital Hall.

The group, which has been collaborating for three years, blends innovative arrangements and original compositions that range from traditional standards to experiments in classical music, rock and poetry.

The members of Parallels are Christian Secrist '98 on saxophone, J. Scott Franklin on trumpet and vocals, Steve Zombory on saxophone, John Stebal on drums and Chris Vance on bass.

Presser Recital Hall is located in Cope Music Hall on the corner of Union Avenue and Simpson Street on the Mount Union campus.
