I’ve always been interested in how things work and how I can make things more efficient.
The Call Center is an extension of the Office of the Mount Union Fund. With an average of 10 student callers a night, we strive to build lasting relationships with our valued alumni, parents, and friends through continuous contact over the phone. With each call, students have the opportunity to hear about past Mount Union experiences and stories. Through these calls, our callers are also able to raise awareness about news and events happening at the University and also emphasize the importance of the Mount Union Fund financial support. These conversations that our student callers have had generate an additional $211,000 dollars a year towards financial aid and scholarships, faculty development, library resources, technology upgrades, and other campus projects.
Alumni, parents, and friends of Mount Union are strongly encouraged to show their support by making a gift through the Mount Union Fund.
