Preparatory Division Musicale to Perform

ALLIANCE, Ohio – The University of Mount Union Department of Music will showcase a baroque concert at 7 p.m. on Friday, October 25 in Presser Recital Hall located in Cope Music Hall.

The concert will feature members of the Mount Union Preparatory Division, which includes non-university students of all ages and abilities. Fifteen pieces will be performed during the concert showcasing works of composers such as Plmer, Paganini, Handel, Vivaldi, Tarrega, Bach and Sullivan.

Featured performers are Erica Liu, piano; Will Sun, piano; Sam Gress, piano; Andy McMillen, violin; Hannah Wright, piano; Julianna Hiser, piano; Madison Dustman, violin; Matthew Eversdyke, piano; Allison Lacher, piano; Brook Quales, violin; Denver Grabill, guitar and Donna Edwards, piano. The concert will feature faculty accompanist Bohdan Subchak, lecturer of music, in several pieces and Jessica Weber, private instructor of voice.

Due to ongoing construction at the site of the new Performing Arts Complex, no on-site parking is available behind the building. Alternate parking is available on Simpson and Vincent Streets and in the Eells Art Center parking lot, as well as in other campus parking lots.
