Office of Marketing
At the foundation of the Office of Marketing is the philosophy of a strategic planning-based approach. As the campus headquarters for all things public relations and marketing, the office’s staff members will offer guidance in building a comprehensive marketing and public relations effort for individual offices, departments, events or campaigns. From the initial planning stages to the delivery of the finished product, the involvement of the Office of Marketing will ensure the best possible outcome while sustaining the identity and image that support the mission of the University.
The Office of Marketing is responsible for all marketing efforts in the promotion of Mount Union and in support of its academic programs, recruitment and fund-raising initiatives, special events and community successes, among others. Such efforts include tactics involving marketing, public relations, website development, social networking, media relations, crisis communication, email communication, publications, advertising, community relations, special events, video, photography and digital signage.
The Office of Marketing consists of six full-time employees, each with certain responsibilities existing within the public relations and marketing process.
