Recycling Sale to be Held May 4-5

The University of Mount Union’s third annual move-out day benefit sale and recycling project, “Live Green Live UNITED” will be held Wednesday, May 4 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursday, May 5 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Alpha Tau Omega house on Mount Union’s campus.
 
Items such as clothing and accessories, appliances, electronics, furniture and other valuables will be available for purchase at the sale.
 
This sale is open to the public and all proceeds will benefit area United Way agencies. Any remaining items will be disbursed to local non-profit organizations at the close of the sale. This annual sale was instituted to empower every student, staff and faculty member to address the issue of waste reduction/recycling, as well as serve the Alliance community.
 
The Alpha Tau Omega (ATO) house is located on the corner of College Street and Miller Avenue. Parking will be available on Union Avenue by the Mount Union Theatre.
