Relax and De-Stress at the Nature Center
October 3, 2011
Various opportunities are available year round at the Nature Center to help individuals relax and de-stress such as strolling through the peaceful woods, reclining in the bird observatory while watching and listening to the birds or walking the labyrinth to meditate or pray. In addition to these activities on Sunday there also will be 10-minute shoulder massages from licensed massage therapists, instruction through relaxing breathing and stretching techniques and drumming.
The event is free and open to the public. The Nature Center is located six miles south of Mount Union on Daniel Street, just off Route 183. For more information, contact the Bonnie Twaddle at (330) 823-7487 or twaddlb@mountunion.edu.
