- Major: Educational Leadership
Despite the cold Ohio winters, Mount Union has the warmest atmosphere. What sets Mount apart from the other colleges and universities is the “personal touch.” At Mount, a student truly feels like a person, not a number.
Summer Residency Semester
One of the most unique aspects of Mount Union’s Master of Arts in Educational Leadership Program is the summer residency, which allows students within each cohort to join on campus for a week-long, intensive session featuring renowned speakers in the field of education. Not only will students in the program have the opportunity to attend workshops led by these experts, but there will also be opportunities for one-on-one interaction with these individuals. In addition, a number of current topics in the field will be discussed, including bullying, disciplinary issues, school law, special education, school safety, action research and lesson study.
