Candidates who have not completed the nursing related questions within their online application to Mount Union must fully complete this Supplemental Application for admission to the Nursing Program before submitting it electronically to the University of Mount Union. An automatic reply immediately upon submission will confirm that your Supplemental Application has been successfully submitted.
Nursing program applications will not be considered complete and eligible for review until:
1. Candidates have been successfully admitted to the University of Mount Union using the general Application for Admission to the University.
2. This Supplemental Application has been completed in full and successfully submitted.
3. A personal statement responding to the following prompt has been submitted: Please describe why you chose Nursing as a major and why you want to attend the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program at Mount Union. Your statement should be approximately 500-1,000 words in length. Your personal statement can be emailed to email@example.com or mailed to the Office of Admission.
4. One letter of recommendation must be submitted on your behalf. Letters must be sent directly to the Mount Union Office of Admission.
