Carrie Coon '03

Major: English and Spanish
Job Title: Actor

I actually went to graduate school the very next year, after Dr. Hendel in the Department of Theatre introduced me to and helped me prepare for the University/Resident Theatre Auditions in Chicago.

Theatre in the Community

From dramas to comedies, musicals to mysteries, the University’s theatre program offers a number of performances each semester that highlight the talents of Mount Union students.  Productions may range from the classical to the contemporary, and even include the original works of students from time to time.  No matter what the genre, though, each offers students the opportunity to learn through practice, providing hands-on experience in acting, lighting, sound, scene and costume design, stage and box office management.

All theatre productions are open to the public.  Tickets may be purchased for upcoming performances in the community by calling (330) 821-2565.
