TUBACHRISTMAS to be Presented at Mount Union

ALLIANCE, Ohio – TUBACHRISTMAS will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Friday, December 12 in the band rehearsal hall of Cope Music Hall at the University of Mount Union.

Created by Harvey Phillips in 1974 to honor his teacher and tuba player William J. Bell, TUBACHRISTMAS is presented annually in more than 275 cities throughout the United States, as well as internationally. Tuba and euphonium players of all ages gather to play traditional Christmas carols arranged by American composer Alec Wilder.
