Using the Arts to Revitalize Communities

Using the arts to revitalize communities will be the topic of discussion at the Continued Learning Program session on Tuesday, October 12 at 10 a.m. in the East Room of the Hoover-Price Campus Center on the University of Mount Union’s campus.
Robb Hankins, president and CEO of ArtsinStark, will be discussing how the arts are transforming schools, neighborhoods, communities and tourism.
Those attending are welcome to stay for lunch in the Kresge Dining Commons ($6.50) or B&B Café (a la carte) following the session.
The Continued Learning Program sessions, which are all free and open to the public, include a variety of presentations and current perspectives, as well as time for questions and discussion. Additional sessions have been scheduled for October 19 and 26.
