Week-Long Choir Tour to Culminate with Welcome Back Concert January 11

The Mount Union Choir will present a Welcome Back Concert on Sunday, January 11 at 7:30 p.m. in Presser Recital Hall.
This concert will be the culmination of an eight-day tour that included performances in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New York and Ohio.
The Mount Union Choir is among the nation's oldest choral ensembles, tracing its roots to 1896. One of five choral organizations at Mount Union College, the Choir is the College's premiere choral ensemble. The Choir has enjoyed an international reputation, performing and earning critical acclaim in China, India, Malaysia, Norway, Turkey and most recently Ireland in 2007. Choir members represent virtually every major area of study within the College and are chosen by competitive audition. The Mount Union Choir is under the direction of Dr. Scott W. Dorsey, professor of music.
