Mount Union Quick Style Guides

The following guides are intended to help quickly answer most questions about MLA, APA, AP, Chicago and Turabian styles.

Atomic Learning Video Training for MLA, APA, Chicago Style

Do you learn more easily by watching short videos rather than by reading? If so, you might find the videos on Atomic Learning on MLA, APA, and Chicago style to be very useful. The MLA and APA guides walk you through setting up your paper in Microsoft Word!

You must be a current Mount Union student to access Atomic Learning. If you’re on campus, click the link above and enter your Mount Union username and password when prompted. If you are off campus, your username must be typed like this: campus\username. Then, just enter your password.

The Purdue OWL

Need more detailed information on citation, but not ready to consult the official manual? Make a visit to the Purdue Online Writing Lab (OWL). The Purdue OWL is a world-renowned site that covers MLA, APA, and Chicago in greater detail than our Quickguides. They also offer great resources on a variety of writing topics, including grammar, English Language Learner writing, common college genres, and graduate school and workplace writing.
