Required Writing Courses

• Introduction to Professional Writing
• Introduction to Creative Writing
• Fieldwork for Writers
• Rhetorical Grammar
• Style, Voice, Ethos
• Professionalizing as a Writer

 Any Three from the following list

• Theory and Practice of Editing
• Publication Management
• Writing and the Web
• Reading and Writing Poetry
• Reading and Writing Fiction
• Reading and Writing Creative Nonfiction
• Special Topics

Requirements for a Minor in Writing

• Introduction to Professional Writing or Introduction to Creative Writing
• Fieldwork for Writers
• Three additional WRT courses (at least two must be 300+ level)
