Dr. Okechukwu Ugweje

Dr. Ugweje holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, and M.S. and B.S. from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. He is an expert in information and communication technologies, digital signal processing, probability and random processes, and computer networking. He earned multiple faculty research fellowships with NASA and the U.S. Airforce as well as consulted for several private companies, government agencies, and academic institutions worldwide. Before he joined Mount Union, he was a tenured professor at The University of Akron, and later the acting president and vice president of academic and student affairs at Digital Bridge Institute, Abuja.
