The Higher Learning Commission (HLC) officially approved the University of Mount Union’s new Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree, with applications now being accepted for the first start date in August.

The University of Mount Union’s Raider Racing team placed 28th overall in the endurance race at the 2023 Baja SAE Ohio event from September 6-10 at the BriarCliff MX track in Nashport. The event was attended by 76 collegiate teams from the United States, Mexico, Canada and India.
Research from Abigail Franks ’25, accounting major, that focused on the representation of the LGBTQ+ community in media and the impact it has on its community members’ mental health was recently published in The NCHC Journal of Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity (UReCA). Franks is the first University of Mount Union student to be published in this journal.
The University of Mount Union will be conducting its annual holiday shutdown from Friday, December 22, 2023, through Monday, January 1, 2024.
In an effort to continue to support students who need financial assistance, the University of Mount Union is offering a grant totaling $2,000 to every student who is admitted to Mount Union and completes the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
