Kiko ’73 Named Distinguished Alumnus of the Year by George Mason Law

FAIRFAX, Virginia ­— The Antonin Scalia School of Law at George Mason University recently recognized Philip Kiko ’73 as one of the recipients of its Distinguished Alumni Award for 2020. 

Kiko has served as the Chief Administrative Officer of the United States House of Representatives since August 2016. As an elected Officer of the House, he currently manages information technology, procurement, logistics, human resources, and financial services provided to Congress.

He has held various positions in the Departments of Education and Interior and has served on several committees in the House of Representatives as staff director and general counsel for three of these committees. 

Kiko’s wife, Colleen, was also recognized as a recipient of the award, as she was a member of the Scalia Law Class of 1986.
