I chose to major in nursing because it is a hands-on major that requires lifelong learning. Plus, the opportunity to make a huge impact in someone's life is exciting and meaningful.

Upcoming Nursing Visit

Visit the University of Mount Union on Tuesday, March 21 to learn more about the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program! What makes Mount Union’s BSN program unique is the University’s strong background in liberal arts and an extensive number of clinical practicum opportunities across Northeast Ohio. The program consists of a rigorous curriculum that will prepare students to be leaders in the nursing profession.

The schedule for the evening visit is as follows:

4 p.m. (if you would like a campus tour): Check in at the Gartner Welcome Center
4:45 p.m. (if you do not need a campus tour): Check in at the Gartner Welcome Center
5 p.m.: Information session from the Director of Nursing
5:45 p.m.: Explore our state-of-the-art nursing facilities and equipment in Gallaher Hall
6:30 p.m.: Dinner in the Kresge Dining Commons
