Celebrate with Mount Union's PT program by participating in our planned special events and activities.
Any student, faculty member, or staff member who joins us in participating in service activities in October can earn a free UMU PT Day of Service t-shirt!
Note: If you plan to participate in any service activity other than the PT Day of Service on Saturday, October 21, please fill out the UMU DPT Service Sign-Up Form for your free t-shirt!

October 10
UMU PT Community Meal | Christ United Methodist Church, Alliance, OH, 3:30 – 6 p.m.
To volunteer to help cook and serve a community meal at the United Methodist Church in Alliance, please sign up through the Community Meal sign-up form.
Be sure to check the box on the UMU DPT Service sign-up form to receive your free UMU PT service t-shirt.

Global PT Day of Service | Pegasus Farm, Hartville, OH, 8:30 a.m. – Noon
Volunteer for PT DOS/UMU Saturday of Service on Saturday, October 21, 8:30 a.m. – Noon

Take-and-Make Bag Decorating for Compassion Delivered
Volunteers can decorate bags for meal delivery to residents of Stark County living with chronic life-threatening illnesses and diseases. Look for information and supplies at the table in front of the PT Office Suite during October. Learn more about Compassion Delivered.
Regula Center Center October Service Opportunities
Participate in any other October service events hosted by the Mount Union's Regula Center. (https://www.mountunion.edu/community-service) Opportunities include additional days of community service, community meals, or doing a take-home service activity with the monthly Take and Make Project (Tie & Make Blankets).
Gym Shoes Donation Drive
Donate new and used gym shoes for the K-12 Marlington Local Schools Gym Shoes Care Closet. Look for our donation box outside of the UMU DPT Office Suite on the 3rd floor Gallaher.
