Application Requirements

A transfer student to the University of Mount Union is defined as student who has been registered for one or more courses at another university, with the exception of a student who was enrolled under the College Credit Plus Program. Consideration for admission as a transfer student requires a minimum cumulative grade point average of a 2.0 (on an A = 4.0 scale; 2.0 = C) at the institution previously attended and documentation of good academic standing and honorable disciplinary standing on the Dean's Evaluation Form.

 

Students applying for admission as a transfer student to the University of Mount Union will need to:

  • Transfer Student Application for Admission
  • Application essay
  • A minimum 2.0 grade-point average on a 4.0 scale
  • Official high school transcript
  • Official college transcript(s) from all colleges/universities attended
  • Student Standing Evaluation Form, to be completed by the student’s most recent institution to confirm good standing and eligibility for immediate re-enrollment.
