Schooler Lecture

The 2024 Schooler Lecture will feature Consumer Advocate and Environmental Activist Erin Brockovich. Brockovich’s exhaustive investigation as a file clerk at Masry & Vititoe, in part, led to the largest direct-action lawsuit of its kind, against Pacific Gas & Electric. The story and eventual film made Brockovich a household name and over time she realized that she could use her notoriety to spread positive messages of personal empowerment and to encourage others to stand up and make a difference. Since that time, Brockovich has worked on various TV projects and authored numerous books. Currently, she works as President of Brockovich Research & Consulting, Brockovich, and is involved in numerous environmental projects worldwide.

Tickets are required and will be available beginning Monday, February 26 at 10 a.m. More information is available at mountunion.edu/lecture-series.
