First-Time Students

  1. Application Requirements
    • First-Year Student Application for Admission
    • Application essay
    • Official high school transcript
    • Official college transcript(s) (if applicable)
    • Test Scores
      • The University has adopted a test optional policy and does not require test score submission as part of the admissions process. Applicant test scores will only be considered if the submitted scores increase the scholarship level for which the applicant is eligible. Applicants who choose not to submit test scores are still eligible for academic scholarships.

Students who wish to be considered for the following programs must submit standardized test scores.

        • Presidential Scholarship Program
        • Direct-entry Nursing Program
        • Honors program

The University still encourages all students who have ACT or SAT scores to submit them, as it helps identify which first-year courses will best serve them.
