Mount Union Book Club

The Office of Alumni Engagement and University Activities and the Regula Center for Public Service at the University are pleased to continue the Mount Union Book Club by reading The Education of an Idealist by Samantha Power. With support from faculty, staff and the University Library, two sessions will be offered for discussion of the book. Participants can register to participate on August 2 from 6-7 p.m. on campus (in-person) and from 8-9 p.m. on Zoom (virtually). Discussions will be moderated by a facilitator. Our hope is to provide a space where individuals within our community can come together for a free, fun, and uplifting experience.

There is no cost to participate but individuals are responsible for securing their own copy of the book. The library has put together this guide with resources and additional reading suggestions.
