A Career in Law Enforcement
I provide campus law enforcement, patrol by foot/bike/vehicle, respond to emergencies (medical, fire, criminal), enforce laws/policies, write reports, provide event security, assist with training, and engage in community-oriented policing, focusing on protecting lives/property and maintaining peace while building positive community relationships. I love serving and protecting my community and having a positive impact to everyone I meet. Therefore, a goal of mine throughout my career is doing all that I can to continue to have a positive impact on my community and our police department at CWRU.
Loving Mount Union
My time at Mount Union was phenomenal! There's a positive impact that follows you after graduating. The relationships and bonds I built with faculty, staff, my teammates, and coaches are ones that I've continued long after I've graduated. The athletic teams, the education department, and all of the faculty and staff are your biggest fans who genuinely care about you; they want the best for their students. Faculty and staff always remind you that they are there to support you. Even when you have graduated -- they remind you that you always have a home.
