Introduction to Spinning
Do you have a spinning wheel, or have you been intrigued by a spinning demonstration at a craft show and would like to learn more? Members of the Canton Fiber Arts Guild will open the door to learning about spinning wheels. The discussion will include historical facts, parts of a spinning wheel, and the basic mechanics for how to turn fiber into yarn. A few spinning wheels will be available to try. Class is free but limited to eight participants. *Registration is required.
