Wolf Lecture

Courtney (Gazda '12) Nurre, director of learning programs at The Cleveland Orchestra, will deliver the Wolf Lecture on October 8, 2024, at 7 p.m., in the Presser Recital Hall of Cope Music Hall. With a bachelor's degree in music education from the University of Mount Union and a Master of Art Administration from the University of Akron, Nurre merges her commitment to accessible music education with her passion for arts and humanities work. In her role as director, she oversees in-school learning, digital resources, curriculum content, and professional development for students and teachers. Her work includes launching the Orchestra’s first sensory-friendly concert and expanding community access and inclusion.
