Children's Hour
The University of Mount Union Department of Performing Arts presents The Children's Hour by Lillian Hellman.
The Children's Hour tells the story of Martha Dobie and Karen Wright, two devoted educators who operate a respected girls' boarding school in New England. Their lives unravel when a vindictive student spreads a false rumor, igniting a scandal that quickly spirals beyond their control. As the women face public scrutiny, the play examines the destructive power of gossip, prejudice, and societal judgment.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for seniors/veterans. Mount Union faculty, staff and students can obtain free tickets by using their Purple Plus number when ordering. More information at mountunion.edu/boxoffice.
