Mount Union Faculty Art Exhibit Opens October 4

ALLIANCE, Ohio – Four University of Mount Union faculty members and five adjunct professors will showcase their work during the annual faculty art exhibit October 4-November 2 in the Sally Otto Gallery located in the Giese Center for the Performing Arts.

An artist reception will take place Thursday, October 4 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the same location.

Faculty members being featured are Robert Buganski, Joel Collins, Tim Hallaran and Margo Miller.

Robert Buganski, associate professor of art, earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Massachusetts and Stockton State College and a Master of Fine Arts degree from Rhode Island School of Design.              

Joel Collins, professor emeritus of art, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Alderson-Broaddus College and a Master of Fine Arts degree from West Virginia University.

Tim Hallaran, lecturer of art, earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and a Master of Fine Arts Degree from Kent State University.

Margo Miller, associate professor of art and chair of the Department of Art, earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Akron and a Master of Fine Arts degree from Kent State University.

Adjuncts, Shannon Hamilton, Jeffrey Piper, Michael Schmidt, Jayson Shenk and Vlada Vukadinovic will also be showing new work.
