University of Mount Union alumna Courtney (Sattler '04) Rees, a ninth grade English/language arts teacher at Dover High School, was featured in the Ohio Journal of English and Language Arts (OJELA) discussing the adjustments teachers have made during COVID-19.

"We threw all the new sites to the side and focused on relationships, both with peers and students," Rees wrote. "We found that we relied on each other more than ever. Students knew our style, and even though new material would need to be covered, familiarity in a world full of change and uncertainty proved to be a key element for them, and us."
