Visitor Information
The Huston-Brumbaugh Nature Center was established thanks to a gift from Dr. John D. Brumbaugh. Dr. Brumbaugh donated the 109 acres that had been his grandfather's farm to Mount Union College in December 1986.
Education Programs and Resources
Our education programs include those offered to the public (see our current newsletter) and school-aged programs for pre-K through high school classes that visit the Nature Center. Thousands of students from the area visit our site each year to participate in learning experiences that are aligned with Ohio’s Learning Standards.
