In fact, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that employment of accountants and auditors is expected to grow much faster than the average for all occupations through the year 2018. New and changing laws will increase the need for accountants, and opportunities are expected to expand in private companies as well. Many accountants also move on to become successful heads of large corporations because they understand what drives business and profits.
Our accounting program will provide you with opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations, develop a professional network and discover mentors in your chosen area.
