Richard Regula Presents on Regula Legacy at Massillon Luncheon
February 26, 2020Stark County Commissioner Richard Regula, son of the late Ralph ’48 and Mary (Rogusky ’49) Regula, presented “Ralph Regula: The Congressman Seated through Seven Presidents” at the February 25 Brown Bag Lunch event at the Massillon Museum.
