The Honors Program at the University of Mount Union offers students several benefits and perks to its members.

  • Early registration that ensures your spot in desired courses
  • Removal of “overload fees” for courses taken above the maximum per semester covered by tuition
  • An Honors House for studying, meeting, and social events
  • An extra point in the housing lottery
  • A fund for research & service support available to Honors students only*
  • Recognition at events including the DeWald Honors Dinner & the UMU Honors Convocation ceremony
  • Preferential seating for campus events such as the Schooler Lecture
