On Saturday, October 27, more than 20 University of Mount Union student volunteers spent the morning participating in a collaborative project on Union Avenue in efforts to improve the appearance of the space. With funding from Columbia Gas, Keep Ohio Beautiful, Keep Alliance Beautiful, the Regula Center at Mount Union, the City of Alliance, the Alliance Shade Tree Commission, the City of Alliance, Huston-Brumbaugh Nature Center, Kridler Gardens and Davey Tree Expert Company worked together to complete the project.
