Mount Union Theatre to Perform Arthur Miller’s “All My Sons” November 15-18

The Department of Theatre at The University of Mount Union will feature the drama “All My Sons” Thursday, November 15 – Sunday, November 18.  

The play is set in the 1940’s, following the life of successful businessman Joe Keller and his family in their exceptionally normal life. The family is only pained by one thing- the loss of their son after he went missing in World War II. The play intensifies after we learn Keller may have played a part in machining defective plane parts, which led to the death of numerous pilots during that war.  

“All My Sons”, directed by Arthur Miller, originally premiered on Broadway in 1947 at the Coronet Theatre in New York City. 

Members of the cast include Professor Emeritus Doug Hendel, Jan Horning, George Carr '19, Grace Collins '19, Jeff Centrello '20, Jason Bowman '21, Rachael Thorn '21, Kollin Klingler '22, Elizabeth Domer '20 and Silas Tritico. Britt Kolek '21 is the stage manager and Cassie Mead '20 and Drew Kolek '22 assistant stage managers. 

All performances will take place in the Gallaher Black Box Theatre in the Giese Center for the Performing Arts. The Thursday, Friday and Saturday performances will begin at 7:30 p.m. and the Sunday matinee will take place at 2 p.m. 

Tickets are $10 for general admission and $8 for seniors/veterans They can be purchased online at www.mountunion.edu/boxoffice, by phone at 330-821-2565 or in person at the box office, Monday-Friday, 2-4:30 p.m. and one hour prior to the beginning of each show.
