Dr. Kelsey ScanlonALLIANCE, Ohio – Many people ring in the New Year by setting resolutions to achieve over the next 12 months, but many know the struggle of keeping the resolutions after the first few weeks of the year. Is there a way for people to keep on track and achieve the goals they set for themselves?
